After the June update of Windows 10, our Brother MFCCW seemed from computer end to print as usual, queue handled properly etc, but no printouts were delivered by the reliable scan and print machine. Scanning and Copying worked as always though. Contacting MS Support solved the problem, the technician did so by reverting the OS to the restore point preceding the W10 update ticket EDIT: microsoft - Seems you have released a patch for this issue KB , but I will still wait with the update until the maximum pause period has expired and hopefully not get the same issue again.

Any idea? It seems Microsoft has released a patch KB for printing related issues. Myself I hope this will make the automatic updates work going forward, without breaking the printing ability again. But I will not know that until the automatic updates resume after the pause I activated, i. Right now it works, so I choose to follow the golden rule "if it works, don't fix it" ;.

Scans and copies but will not print. Unwilling to uninstall the latest update as it will impact other business applications.
